Messed up the whole order, even asked in the drive through to sub one they didn't have and still forgot it and messed up all the bagels.

Got my money back. Learn to never order on the app.

This has been by go-to for years. Work required me to travel to and from Omaha, and this was my stop. Great people and food.

Huge appreciation to Ashley V and the amazing crew at Panera in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Every visit feels personal the food’s always fresh, the service is warm, and the teamwork shows. Ashley V sets the tone: professional, kind, and always on it. The rest of the staff match that same energy friendly smiles, quick service, and genuine care. I don’t know who made my sandwich today but it was delicious! I had the Chicken Avo BLT pick 2 with a cup of tomato soup and a piece of baguette. The sandwich was fresh & filling, the soup warm and comforting and the baguette piece I got was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Quick in and out at the drive-thru too! Bravo Panera Bread!

Drive thru took forever, sandwich was slathered in sauce. Maybe ask if a customer wants extra first. Threw away the whole sandwich. 😡

Usually the food is fantastic. However this visit I ordered the Green Godess salad. The dressing was awful. It tasted like vinegar mixed with cigarette ashes. Do not order this.

We came to eat breakfast before our bike ride today 8-2-25 10AM and I ordered on the kiosk. Apparently I ordered the wrong thing and I brought it back up and explained. The gentleman manager was very nice and replaced without a problem. Great customer service and the food and drinks were great.

My wife sandwich came out cold, unfortunately she wouldn’t ask to have it fixed. Flys wouldn’t leaves alone as we ate. Never coming back if I have to eat with flys in my face.

i love panera, the food is amazing to me but there’s so many young kids working there that don’t know what they’re doing, it’s a great to place to eat and the environment is great but it’s the workers and the assistance.

Over 15 mins the the driver thru with one car infront of me for a grilled cheese and soup

I’m a long time Panera lover and unfortunately the past handful of times I have gotten lemonade it has tasted FERMENTED. It is usually very good but now it’s very hit or miss. Extremely disappointing.
