How do you keep running out of bacon? So many of your sandwiches have it as an ingredient...and yet this is the THIRD TIME you've run out. What's the deal?

Lastly, there's nothing more appetizing than looking out and having pigeon shit piles right outside the windows. This has to be some sort of health violation.

Hire someone to install hardware fabric in your awnings so this stops happening.

Im in sipclub I’ve been into many Panera branches beside council bluffs needs another branch these guys are working hard and always remembering my two cups :D

Came in to get some dinner Staff so rude to my
Mother ,Got smart when we asked a simple question and try to make it seem like I didn’t know what I was talkin about they need better staff I am highly disappointed

Just came back. Very slow service, sticky floors in the morning! Which tells you they are unclean. Brought a mat out with me as they have populated the place. Young skinny dark haired male, well mannered,, gave me my order. No cream cheese as requested on my order (there is a sign posted on their bagel cutter) and bagel is not cut in half or toasted! Wow very basic normal part of training at Panera!!! No stars!

Would off had 5 stars, but no elevator. Location, food, room service, very friendly. Did help with luggage and moved me to a lower floor. We'll worth the stay.

I didn't go inside, so I can't rate that. The server was particularly good, very pleasant.
