It's now going on 2 weeks, and I still haven't seen a refund on the order they missed up. Try calling to see if it was refused like they said they will, but it just rings and rings, then hangs up after 3 min. I have now emailed them. If that doesn't work, will have to see if paypal will resolve the issue. I am so over frustrated. I have never had such a problem before.

Worst customer service ever waiting for my online order for 40 minutes inside waiting after the time they said it was going to be ready for and when I went to the drive thru for my order they still told me that I had to pick it up inside even when I told them that I have been waiting inside for 40 minutes worst customer service I have ever had

Stopped today at the drive-through. Per my granddaughter that wasn’t feeling good and wanted broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl. Myself I normally don’t go here because it’s a little too expensive for me. I decided to order a sandwich today. Green goddess Caprese melt and It was huge. I cut it in half and ate one portion of it And was pretty much full so I decided to eat just the chicken off of the other half. When I flipped it over, I noticed mold on the bottom of the bread. Of course I threw it away but then I just ate the other half. That most likely had mold on the bottom all also. Yuck.!!!

Love Panera! However, not the biggest fan of having to self order on their tablets.Overall, the food is always delicious and the inside is always clean!
If you haven't tried the cinnamon crunch, you have missed out on a good part of life. Love this place... last time i was a little bit sad to see the dining area in some disarray. I'm guessing they were understaffed. Got the avocado sourdough melt and it was just heavenly with the tomato soup!

Went to Panera about 4:45 on a Monday afternoon. My wife and I both ordered the bread bowl broccoli and cheese soup. We were told no bread bowls were available. So, we ordered the soup with a baguette. The clerk says he doesn't have any baguettes either. We said there's a whole bread pan full of baguettes right behind you. He tells us he can't sell them to us because they're not in the system. We said, well put them in the system and then sell us one. He went and talked to someone else, but whoever he talked to said no. Our options were chips or apples. What a joke.

We come here all the time and most of the time it is a good experience. This morning, our family of 4 ordered our usual breakfast. Nobody let us know our order was ready and it just sat there and got cold. We finally went to check and there it was on the counter cold. The same guy that always has a cold attitude was the person preparing. Bad experience and this guy needs to be trained in customer service. With many options for people to spend their money on, this Panera needs to up their game. It is starting to slip and it will be irreversible if they aren’t careful.
