I came in yesterday to order food to go. In front of me there were 3 adults that were all together. I watched as this older gal just berated and cussed out the people behind the counter who were making their food. Jason, the manager stepped up after a little bit and asked these “customers” to leave. Good for him too! No au jus sauce for the second time in a row of me visiting this store even on there 20 year anniversary. Also forgets ranch and side of fries. The staff is nice and it was busy but still let’s be professional and get are orders right I do not recommend this place in council bluffs
