Placed a delivery waited 2 hours called got a bot that said my order was cancelled then an Indian dude that put me on hold before I could hear what he said. Seems like this is a common thing.

This store is gross employees vaping in the store so close to food preparation I was going to eat here and walked right back out when I seen that. I think the health department should visit this location. I’m disgusted and disappointed as I don’t have a Pizza Hut by my house so this was a special trip.

Order the wing box on delivery only got the pizza no wings no fries food was almost 45minutre late store never answers the phone food was also cold and nasty the store finally answers and pretty much tells me it’s my problem

Not good 😐 cold and underwhelming
We ordered from this location on 1/19/25 via the app. Placed the order at 5:27pm and it said it would be delivered at 6:40pm. We waited until about 7:20 before finally calling to check on the order we had not yet received. First your call goes to a call center and they are unable to help you with this kind of call so they transfer your call and the line rings for ever at the location. When staff answered they stated that they had to remake the order and it just went out the door with a Doordash driver. We then waiting another hour at least before calling back again after seeing that the Doordash email said our order was cancelled. Same process...call center then ringing before finally getting an answer to be told...we are sorry we will have our manager refund you first thing in the morning (didn't even offer that we could come get it even though we paid the delivery fee already). Needless to say we have yet to receive our refund. We stopped in on 1/20/25 after work and were told yet again that the manager would call us right away when they got in....nothing still. Then I chatted with someone on the Pizza Hut website who stated that they could not help with the refund but would forward the information to the store direction and again...nothing has been done. Pizza Hut still owes us $35....
Sadly, this experience makes me no longer want to utilize Doordash either and I am unsure if they are actually the reason we never seen our pizza. I had a few not so great experiences with this location in the past but tried to give them a shot again however this situation has soured us from wanting to use Pizza Hut at any location again.

i ordered pizza hut last night and it was $41.63, and i had plans on giving a tip after i got my change but the person who was delivering my pizza didnt have change with her, so i had to give her a whole extra 20 bill in order to get my food last night and i dont like that, if you're a delivery driver YOU SHOULD HAVE CHANGE!!!!!!

Ordered food from this location for the first time ever. Ordered it on the app to be picked up and it said it would be ready by 628pm. Get to the location and at 630 was told they hadn’t even started it yet and it was going to take an extra 10 mins. End up getting our order at 7pm and was missing the 16 wings that came with the order. Waited an extra 5-10 minutes and ended up asking for a discount which we were then given a 50% discount. (this was before we got home and saw our pizza) the stuffed crust pizza looked like it’s been sitting for 30+ minutes but yet told us they hadn’t even started our order yet and were gonna make it fresh. Phone was ringing constantly and no one picked up so no option to even call them and talk to them about this order. The only positive to this was the front desk guy, Dakota, who seemed to be the only one trying to keep things organized in this store meanwhile the manager was gone getting receipt paper for however long. There were multiple people in the store complaining about this and their food also wasn’t done on time and had to wait even longer. Hopefully Dakota can find a better job or maybe a different location because he was the only positive to this visit! Thanks dakota for trying to keep things together.

Didn’t get anything we ordered right. Breadsticks are non existent. Random cheese pizza when ordered pepperoni. Random garlic bread which are not breadsticks and I don’t want. Can’t get ahold of them to even call. So rip off on stuff I won’t even eat or can’t get through to make it right or money back.

I ordered my pizza around 2:30 pm for delivery on the Pizza Hut website. I received a message saying that DoorDash was going to deliver the pizza. At 3:15 I received a message from DoorDash saying the order was running behind. At 3:30 I checked again and it said the order had been canceled. I called Pizza Hut and they didn’t know anything about it. At the end, I had to go pick my food up myself after getting charged for my food + delivery.

It took over an hour past our scheduled delivery time to get our food. When it finally got here we were missing an entire pizza. When we tried to call and get a correction, refund, or whatever, they kept hanging up on us.

We don’t order from here often and when we do order, we remember why we don’t. Always a hot mess there. We have never gotten prepaid pizza on time, and this last time they said we would have to wait 10 minutes extra for our order, then one pizza came out “bad” so they had to redo it.
The guy offered us the messed up free pizza then said, oh nevermind this pizza is too bad, I can’t do that.
Waited 30 minutes from when our order was supposed to be ready, and it was still messed up. They added olives to our plain sausage.
Just said sorry and sent us on our way. I was 30 minutes late to my son’s birthday party, but nobody cares about that kind of thing anymore. Its sad because we like Pizza Hut pizza, but just can’t order at this location anymore, and it’s the closest to us.

Please tell your drivers to keep the delivery bag flat. My pizza was a little thrown all over the box. I was starving so no big deal, and the pizza was delicious as always :)
