I like getting pizza from this place. I've always been fond of Pizza Hut pizza, and this location seems to be fast and accurate when it comes to taking orders. Also, it is conveniently located for me which is a plus. Not to mention the food is delicious.
This experience was one of the worst I have ever had. Took over 2 hour to get my food. (This was the expected time) once I got it, I only received 1 of my 5 items. I called the store to be told to call back in an hour. In the amount of time the kid on phone explained things to me, they could've just refunded my order. I ended up driving to the store to get refunded a partial amount. Defeating the while purpose of paying for delivery.

Usually pretty good service and delivery drivers. Manager is good about contacting when out of stock or something like that. However, it seems like everytime I order from here, they're always out of stock on most crusts. The one on Broadway seems to be okay with stock, but this one is closer to me. That's really my only complaint. They always seem to be out of stock of a lot of things even before they close. Or their crust goes bad that they wouldn't serve it (which...
