The last 3 times I have ordered from pizza hut they have over charged me. Watch your bill. And upon delivery on my last order the pizzas looked like the driver was touching my food there was no sticker holding boxes closed.

My service was very shitty if I could give this rating a zero I would. I ordered a pizza and waited a hour and nothing called them they say they could find are place then made us wait 45 minutes to get a redelivery and they said it would be the same pizza not remade. Waited that 45 mins and they didn't show up again and said they couldn't find it again and I have never had a problem with them delivering to where I live until now and when I called to see where it is they said the driver called so he could get help didn't receive a call or anything. When I call the store they were very disrespectful and the manager wanted to be a total b**** to me and wouldn't explain why it's being refunded even tho they didn't try to deliver. I knew they were doing it to give themselves a free meal the lady started to laugh and so did whoever else was with her and then said some smart a** comment and total me not to order from here again and slammed the phone

I ordered my food at 7ish and did not get my order within a 2 hour time period. I called them 3 times and before I was able to get to talk to someone they hung up on me very disappointed. I'm only doing 2 stars because of the delivery service but my order was correct when arrival.

They are having a spectacularly hard time following directions this evening. Of two pizzas, one half was correct except for the crust originally ordered. When I went back to the counter 15 min after okaying a crust change, it wasn't ready in time frame they told me the delay would be. They first tried to hand me someone else entirely's pizza. When they did get the ones labeled correctly, they were completely wrong. They offered to remake it, leaving my cheese sticks and other pizza on the counter the whole time. They offered a free 2L, but never gave one. When I got home, the remake was still incorrect. Nothing like spending an additional 35 minutes waiting for incorrect food.
