We went after church...Alexis provided the greatest service...the food was served in large quantities and hot and fresh...the atmosphere was top notch...they didn't give me any problems with my service animal...I highly recommend...great value too...thank you...this was my return trip...absolutely no complaints...

This was a great place to gather with friends, visit and eat.

My husband and I come here about once a week for takeout. Food is great and the staff is so friendly!

Food is good. But if you order takeout, they give you less than half of the portions than when you order in the restaurant for the same price. Which is really disappointing.

We actually eat here a few times a month. Sometimes we eat in, sometimes take out. The service here is always great and we've never gotten a bad meal. If you want Mexican food in Council Bluffs this is one of the top places to eat at.

My husband, a friend, and I went for lunch. I had the lunch special 2 chicken tacos with rice and refried beans. My husband had the steak torta with fries he absolutely loved it. As for our friend had 2 enchiladas with rice and refried beans. The serving was huge. He had to get the rest to go. Our server was amazingly nice. She is definitely deserving of a raise!

Vegetarian options: Since a lot of what the offer is made to order, can be ordered with out meat and cheese if desired.

Parking: Parking can be a little hard during their busy times. IE: Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner.

Kid-friendliness: Their amazing and very understanding as well as helpful should you bring children. They do have highchairs.

Had lunch at Primo’s Council Bluffs location. Ordered the Flautas at the waitress Casey’s recommendation. They were delicious and the there was a generous helping of lettuce, guacamole and sour cream atop them. Never had street corn and it too was good as was the street corn and the salsa. Overall a meal worth commenting about.

Stopped here for take out of the Emilio's burrito beef. It comes with sides of green and red sauce plus the lettuce, cheese and tomato. It was delicious. The staff are great and polite as well!

Good food. Prices were good for what you got. Only thing that could of been better was if the chimichanga was crispier and hotter.

Just went integer eto order what I alway do and it cost me 4$ more then usually the price on the menu and the price online are 2 different prices I will not be returning there !!!!!!!

Service was with a smile a little laid back as not busy but slow flow. Food was not hot, everything was room temperature, queso very lumpy but good flavor. Tacos and enchilada were so-so.
