The food was very good and our server was friendly. We are traveling from out of town and were a little leary because of the location and first impressions. But you can't always judge a book by the cover!

Service is always great it's never to busy. The food is out of this world I always order a California burrito the cheese they pour over it just speaks to me in so many ways. I can't forget about the great servers that bring the food out nice fresh and hot. They are very friendly as well. If you have never been it's a must try you don't know what you're missing til you've have gone.

My wife and I stopped in as we had a gift card to use. We ate and she took the gift card but then came back and said it was expired. I know you have 3 years to use gift cards and I know for sure it hadn't been 3 years! I just really have a pet peeve with this as someone paid cash for this card and then we are told it's expired. That, in my opinion, is stealing. They really need to issue their own gift cards rather than going through a provider which just confuses things more if you call in to see what the issue is with the card. Also I thought the food was OK, but not great. Probably won't go there again. On the other hand, try Primos. The food and staff there are great!
Went here with my family yesterday and our service was absolutely terrible. We were sat in a booth where I had to scoot all the way towards the wall because of a big hole in the booth cushion. There was a curtain near the wall that was filthy with food stains. While our California Steak Burrito was decent, our waiter was rude and had no customer service skills. Any request seemed like an inconvenience, and we had to get his attention multiple times for him to come to our table. He'd sit down and watch videos on his phone that were louder than the music playing in the restaurant. At one point we saw him leave the restaurant then come back inside.. While we were eating another couple came in and sat themselves, he seemed to have a problem with that because those customers stood up.. it was an awkward situation. I've had other pleasant experiences in the past when it comes to service, but this time it was very bad.
