Our family had the best meal from QDOBA in Council Bluffs for our Thanksgiving meal. Everything done to perfection.

Today Natalie and Anna helped us. They were friendly and provided excellent customer service! We always have a great experience at this location. Natalie and Santi typically help us and they are AWESOME!! The food is also always good. We always enjoy visiting the restaurant.

This place is by far one of the best Qdobas I’ve ever been to. Been on a 3 week work trip and came here almost every day. Food is fresh and fast, even better service is amazing. Kyla remembered my order by day 4 and Ana always brings a smile at the register.

It’s absolutely crazy to me that the manager on shift (glasses, ripped blue jeans, black polo, reddish hair, lip piercing) is moving slower than her crew members who are busting their butts! And checking her phone at the register between checking customers out while a bunch of us are standing around waiting for our online orders as the screen behind them is full and a line keeps forming. Aren’t managers supposed to help and keep flow going not crew members? Give them other 2 in front a raise! Braydon, Santi had name tags on. Great work guys. Keep it up. Manager didn’t have a name tag.

I’m not sure who the guy was rolling my burrito tonight but give that man a raise. So much in the burrito and still didn’t lose a single bit while eating it. Rolled to perfection 10/10
