Raising Cane's Chicken has the the best food. It's always cooked perfectly and the staff is always professional. Honestly you couldn't find a nicer place to get good food at a good price.

Food as good as ever. Lacking in the service area, lots of dirty tables and plenty of employees to clean..I cleaned my own table.

Can't go wrong with chicken fingers and Texas toast with crinkle cut fries fried to perfection followed by an ice cold sweet tea. Cashiers and drive through employees are always so respectful and kind.

Staff is getting too by the book for me to enjoy it here. I tell them to put in an extra 45 seconds twice any time and now yall are saying you can only do it once. I wouldnt have to even ask for it once if yall would try to make it crispy in the first place mind you.

Food is rarely consistent...I've had over salted fries, unsalted fries, flavorless chicken, and long wait times. Go during lunch and it's pretty much what I'm you expect. Any time I've tried going outside of that it's trash. The point in going to a chain is it's supposed to be consistent no matter what time, this isn't even close.

So twice I made the mistake of taking the cup holder and not wanting one. They will not take it back after you grab it. The lady was about to give me my drink with the cup holder and I told her I didn’t want a cup holder. She said oh well take your drinks… and I looked at her like uhhh what? She said grab the drinks out of the cup holder. I don’t know why she couldn’t have handed them to me, ok I guess. I had to grab a kids drink and two big drink basically touching the whole thing while she is holding out the window. I don’t get the logic here. Anyways the food was good. Unseasoned but good.

I have honestly never really had an issue coming here. It’s normally very friendly. It’s normally pretty fast service. I was actually told that I ordered one Dr Pepper and one Coke and I corrected them and said it was two Dr Pepper’s. I got to the window and they made two cokes instead. So then I get told I have to go outside and wait on my food as well as wait on drinks because they have to remake two Dr Pepper‘s which takes maybe 10 seconds. And when I corrected the lady in the drive-through who has dark long hair and a ponytail, I did not get her name. She shook her head at me and snatched my card from me to pay for it. It was very unprofessional and I’ve never had an experience like this here, but I am super dissatisfied with the service. The food I will not complain about because it was good. I hope though it was not SPIT in because of how the service was and it made me question if I should eat the food or not. And I simply ordered two Caniac combos and it took a while to get to me. Mind you, I live over an hour away to come here! Sad visit! Got 3 stars cause the food was still good. 9-19-25 about 4:19 pm. Reciept says cashier was Stephanie.
