it stunk like nothing had been properly washed. my clothes stunk in the car on our way home, i felt like i needed to take a shower after leaving the restaurant. the salad bar looked a mess, my cousin's brother said the broccoli was nasty. i thought the combo appetizer was a good start, but the pretzels were cold, the cheese sauce was cold, the mozzarella sticks weren't stringy (they were cold) & the spinach artichoke dip we was crap ( i can make better at home). first & l

Burnt bacon chesseburger, they didn't add my avocado on it, plus we waited forever for our food, and it cost more for a family of four to eat there than Texas Roadhouse!! We will never return, which is too bad, because it was a good place to eat at one time, but not now!! I don't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible food. The waitress was real nice though. Their tips depend on the cook as well, so they need to hire better cooks!!!!

I have yet to leave this restaurant and say to myself " wow I can't wait to come back ". First of all my wife enjoys eating here so I tag along to keep peace in the family, it's just not a choice I would make for myself. I will say we have always had good attentive service. The salad bar is ok but not well stocked and prices seem reasonable.

I've only been there twice. This time I came during an evening rush. Still got prompt service. Not a huge fan of the food, though. Not a complaint - just personal preference.

We want to like this restaurant, but the last three times we've been there, the food just wasn't good. The salad bar was a mess. The waitress was nice and attentive, even though she was clearly too busy. It seems like the management isn't able to plan properly for the customers. Hopefully someone will get in there and get things back to where they were several years ago.

Waited 40 minutes to be seated while over half of the tables/booths were available. Clearly unprepared for work environment. Waited another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Not very busy as well. Undercooked veggies and over cooked meat. Horrible service. Will not recommend to anyone.

Great tasting food at Ruby Tuesday. I asked for a substitution and my waitress brought me both! Good atmosphere and piped in music.

It was a case of Murphy's law for this restaurant tonight... Everything that could go wrong, Did go wrong. But the staff did a Fantastic job of overcoming and doing their best! The team effort was there.

The food was good, the service over the top awesome, and we got to meet and chat with the manager as well.
