For a coffee shop that aspires to be the next "Starbucks" honestly, they're a long ways away. If I go through at a Starbucks, I can order anything. I want in any variety in a way. Yes, I paid more for it, but I get to do it.How I want it.
This is my non carmilitias, caramelicious. I asked for extra caramel, and I got none. Instead.
As a company that aspires to be like Starbucks, you're a long ways away owner, I hope you read this.
However, at scooters, if I go through they'll gripe that I ordered it that way 9 times out of 10, you don't get it right. You hate your job It's very evident, that's terrible customer service. Terrible. I mean, absolutely terrible like it makes me not wanna go there at all. Just because of your attitude, just because I can't order what I want you know? And then on top of it, I have to deal with a grumpy face
Nobody likes being around the grumpy. Irritated person, everybody avoids that. So why do you think that would work out in a business? Aspect
Then not being able to customize even if it does cost more not being able to customize your own drinks is honestly just a sad deal. Especially when you aspire to be like Starbucks, you're the total opposite. If you want my opinion, you have a lot of pros and if you use those pros to your advantage and put prices on things so that people can do what they want with their drinks. You would do a lot better, but as it is now and limiting choices and your staff, just not allowing people to do what they want, you're basically hindering yourself for making money.
I hope the owner reads this because from one businessman to another. You're not running your business right? And you're losing profits, because your staff doesn't know how to interact with customers.

Very poor experience. went to the scooters which took forever, but whatever people have bad days, we ordered our food and drinks and got up to the window and paid for our food and drinks, with a very generous tip because we ordered multiple items only then were we told that they didn’t have the proper ingredients(tropical red bull) to make one of them so since we already paid, we settled on something else. After that, they gave us the drinks and handed us what was supposed to be our bacon ciabatta. It turned out to be an everything bagel and only after that were we told that they were out of them so they gave us an everything bagel instead. I didn’t want that so they asked for it back so they could give it to someone else i guess.
The younger girl at the window was nice But for a business to take someone’s money and then tell them that two of the three things we ordered were not available is wrong.

I go here almost daily for coffee on my daily commute and I’ve had multiple problems with employees not even cashing me out for items I’ve asked for. For ex: I ordered a coffee and sandwich but only got my coffee. Happens almost once a week. And they seem to have a difficult time communicating what’s happening between each step of the process. (Order, production, cash out) And employees do not go out of their way to socialize.

Visited on 1/29 around 11am. The lady on the headset was in a hurry when we were the only ones I drive thru, didn't let us finish our order and we got to the window ask how we were doing, we didn't even get to respond and she said oh that's great. Then they left the window open and were cursing about another customer. I tried to remind them about how customer service should be and they said have a great day and slammed the window. Will not return to this one again.

This coffee made me want to whip and nae nae. Not gonna lie "Chia" was jittery before my coffee and it really meant a latte to get such a good cup of Jo that didn't "brews" my ego. This place turned me from depresso into expresso.

I don’t know who’s managing this scooters anymore but whoever it is needs to be retrained. Line is out into the street every morning blocking regular traffic, no one comes outside to speed the line up with the tablet unless it’s sunny and 75 degrees but when you finally get up to the window you see a full staff capable of doing so.

Best coffee place in town!!!
The reason I'm giving 1 star is because this location provided me with a terrible service. I went inside to pick up my food, and I get it, it was busy, but I stood for over 3 min, and no one came to the register. Be corteus and acknowledge the customer!

This place is so awesome especially when they remember who you are and what you always order. Even when you haven't been there in a while.

This place was packed. Lobby off 4 waiting on drinks, seven cars in the drive through, and 2 employees. Had our drinks in no time! One of the girls even made safety a priority by cleaning up a spill so neither of them slipped as they worked so quickly. Both very kind and hardworking girls. Tip them good today. They’re they’re till 4!

First day back to school for many. The staff was under a lot of stress but kept it moving pretty decent. Customers didn’t take into account for the added time today and appeared rude in many cases.
