The lady that was helping at the window was very rude as she basically shoved the stuff out the window at my husband, rushing us. Very disappointing as this is one of the better Scooters near me. All it takes is a smile to change from a negative attitude.

Please fix your drive thru pavement!! There are huge potholes and busted pavement as you drive up to the menu/speaker. Also it would be helpful to train your baristas to repeat back the items when you order so they get them right the first time.

We came through town from Denver and my wife needed to feed our baby. We got coffee and the staff was so friendly and made her feel comfortable to nurse. My other daughter enjoyed the chocolate milk. Thank you for a great experience!

When I went to pay, I gave her my card and said" Oh, hold on I have the app. She ignored me scanned my card and would not scan my app.When I asked her to scan my app, she ignored me again. So I sat there. She finally looked my way and said I can't scan that. And was done talking to me. I love the Scooters on 16th. I guess I will keep going there.
