This is to the morning crew at 1738 Madison in Council Bluff, IA. on Wednesday, Sept 4.
The entire crew was helpful, respectful, happy with smiles on their faces. I ordered inside and had never stopped at a Scooter's before. I had a hazelnut latte with Carmel. They even suggested the best of the Carmel products. I also purchased a blueberry muffin warmed perfectly. I finally tried Scooters and we weren't very impressed with the Americano coffees at all. I got them to go and brought them back to our campground.
They were really weak, tasted just like weak regular coffee. Do they know they're supposed to have espresso shots in them?? I may try again at a different Scooters but we were really disappointed with what we got at this location.
Also, the pastries and food offerings did not appeal to us. There was nothing...
