The guy was very short didn't count my change back got shorted $10.00. This isn't the first time .After Sonic replied to my comment , " I goy given the phone number above".This number was no good . This is just straight ridiculous!!

when we need snack food, we go to Sonic. pretzels, cheese sticks, popcorn chicken, jalapeño poppers, & best cherry limeade ever.
Usually I have a good experience at this location, but tonight, in the drive-thru, I was handed an overfilled, large chocolate shake, which then exploded in my hand because the lids wasn’t secure. The interior of my truck is now covered with chocolate shake, whipped cream, and I’m sure there’s a cherry in there somewhere. My work pants had to be thrown away, and I will have to have my truck detailed before I can drive it again. The drive-thru person simply handed me a handful of napkins and called it good after wiping off the cup the shake was in, putting a new lid on it, and handing it back to me! Not even a replacement, just the same, less full, shake with no whipped cream on top now. I left there feeling violated, and freezing. To top it off, when I got home, the bottom of the food bag was wet and the food fell out the bottom on my back steps, so I didn’t even get to eat. So I paid $40 for food we didn’t get to eat, and tomorrow I get to pay a couple hundred to have my truck detailed. To say I’m disappointed is the understatement of the century.

I used to love coming here for lunch, but now, they pick and choose what days they honor the “promo codes” or deals of the day. I used to be able to go the box, specify I’m referencing the deal and order. Today I was told that this location is “app only”. Despite the text message saying, “or mention @ drive-thru”.Also to note, a few weeks ago I was able to order the deal at the box like normal. I guess this location thinks they’re something special lol

I usually enjoy my guilty pleasure that is Sonic but not today. I got the chili cheese and frito burrito. It was so salty I couldn't finish it. My spouse got the sausage, egg, and cheese croisanwich but instead of a croissant, it came on a hamburger bun. ? Sad day! The fries were good but they too were overly salty. ? Our drinks were the best part.
