This is the slowest Starbucks I had ever been to. It was the weirdest thing… there were 3 girls working. One was the only one making drinks… the other girl stood in back and then the other girl stood at the cash register and didn’t even help… when there were no customers in line… odd. Very odd.

This Starbucks is awful! The baristas working, couldn’t be bothered to help me as they were busy filming tik tok videos. The espresso machines are so outdated, they are clearly not pulling Starbucks quality shots. The manager, Hailey, has zero customer service skills and is just focused on playing with her friends and filming content for tik tok. I do not recommend this location, at all. Find a local coffee shop, and support them!

Where to begin. Sassy ginger employee told us we could scan our app and so did the multiple signs. After ordering, we were rudely informed that we could not scan our app for the 50% off. We were outraged. We took time out of our day to come to Starbucks just to be told we couldn’t earn our beloved stars. disappointed to say the least. Our first step on Iowa soil and we were treated like trash.

Drve up for coffee, received the wrong order, brought it in and the Felisha behind the counter says you throw it away... I can't touch it. Did get my corrrect order finally but service behind the counter inside by the blonde with glasses was lousy. Date of visit 10/3/23 roughly 1030 am.
