I visit this store, just about everyday! I order on my phone while I drive & then pick it up real quick before work! My drink is usually done when I get there but some times I have to wait a second, which is fine! They get pretty busy around the time I go (7:30-7:45am). I meet up here a lot with a friend and a lot of the time one of us or both of us have our dogs and we sit outside on the patio. The baristas are so sweet! They always treat us and our furry friends right! Last time, a lady came out with 2 pupachinos for her GSD and my Corgi and some water! They are truly the best! Starbucks Coffee Company is a location described as clean, neat, and easy to get to, with a great and peaceful atmosphere. The staff seemed friendly, with one noted as really nice. For some, it is honestly the best Starbucks ever been to, standing out from others that usually have very boring coffee and stale-tasting food.
However, experiences with service and wait times are frequently inconsistent and problematic. Multiple reviews cite long waits, such as 30 minutes for a vanilla bean frappe or a customized secret menu drink, with staff sometimes talking to each other instead of making orders. Drive-through interactions are often reported as uncomfortable, unpleasant, and very rude. Customers using mobile orders have been instructed to wait until the exact time on their receipt before entering the drive-through line, even if they must wait in that line, which causes frustration. Orders, including a Venti iced white mocha or customized drinks, are sometimes not made correctly, with messed ingredients, though they may still taste fine or alright.
