I get the same drink quite regularly throughout the week. It's usually the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso topped with a layer of lavender cold foam. I usually request a venti in a trenta cup because I like room for more foam. I've never had any issues up until this particular store. One of the employees made my request such a big deal and honestly she brought a lot of attention to the situation which I don't appreciate. I didn't catch her name but she appeared to be a white lady on the thicker side. I find it funny that I've legit never had this issue at the myriad of Starbucks I've placed this same order at. Also, the food is subpar. I had a bacon, sausage, and egg burrito but it had weird textures within it so I tossed it. I realize it wasn't intentional but she also splashed green matcha on me while I was waiting for my order when she was rinsing out a cup. This particular experience definitely makes me not want to come back to this location. ??♂️ She wasn't really that warm and fuzzy. ??♂️

I go here every day the employees are the best they are also fast always great us with a hello or welcome in. Maria the manager is a awesome manager she has a great team under her for sure. Bailey is one of my favorites. She is always so nice to Brian and my self. She will sit and have full conversation if she is not busy. Just the whole team is great.

You know when I'm in a Drive-Thru and I'm having a cigarette, yes I smoke. And the cigarettes nowhere near the window, and their are no signs saying do not smoke in your own private vehicle, while you're outside of our establishment, at a window, and the girl makes you put your cigarette out before she will hand you your drink, even though you handed that cigarette to your wife who's holding it out the other window, I guess that's white girl privilege?.Now I'm fully aware that even though I have over 7 million Google views, and I get more than 80,000 views every month, this review is not going to dissuade my DieHard Starbucks readers, after all, I'm the guy that reviews restaurants not coffee shops.You know there is a Starbucks inside of target, and those people are always friendly, they're not snide and condescending.What I can tell you is this, scooters also makes really awesome drinks, those drinks usually cost less and taste equally as good.

Im so thankful for this Starbucks. Very conveniently located at 29 & 92 frws. Very busy drivethru but always moves fast. Very consistent in quality. The best in Omaha area. The only negative is a 16oz hot latte isn't always 16oz. On day it was a 10oz. It's usually between 14-16. But this is a common problem at Starbucks in general.

I was surprised when the total for the two of us exceeded the amount on my card. When I later looked at the receipt, I noticed that she quietly added a $5.00 tip to the bill. Lesson learned to always order online even from the parking lot. Moreover, it took 15 minutes for them to prepare our simple order (two Americanos and two breakfast sandwiches) which was made more annoying by the fact that an employee's shift ended after we arrived and they made her drink first. The food was cold by the time the drinks arrived and was placed in the bag in such a way that it had to be reassembled.

We were the first inside the store. We gave them our order. We got our drinks but still had breakfast sandwich to wait for. Several people came in after us. They were served their orders and we still waited. I went up and asked about it. Server was very rude and said the other girl was working on it. Okay, and I went back and waited. Several more people were served and still waiting for ours. Went back up and again rude servers attitude was ridiculous. I stayed at the counter and said I wanted my order next. So after they cooked it we left. Never to return again! 30 minutes waiting for a sandwich and cake pop while other customers receive theirs and were long gone.
