The facility is clean and all services available. The freeway noise is unavailable and the somewhat high price justified by the need to police the facility and prevent the indigent from taking over (as seemingly may have been a problem here a year or two ago).

Just left Dunkin Donuts after being treated horribly. Starbucks never lets you down. If you are thinking Dunkin Donuts right down the street, I'd RECCOMEND save your time and money and come here where you are a valued customer. Am a Grubhub driver got there right at 8pm for an order they ignored me stared at me and just looked at me and ignored it worst service ever the customer wasnât happy I hope u guys fixed your staff very unfortunate and will report or store to Grubhub hoping they can take action because this isnât the first time
I'm not from the area and just visiting the zoo. I wanted a Large Iced Americano with sf mocha and almond milk. The young lady behind the counter had a terrible attitude and was in a hurry. I even asked for her to repeat and she just walked away.

Not busy, still made an awful drink and didnât follow simple instructions. I was in a hurry and didnât have another 10 minutes to wait on a drink again, after the first 10 minutes of waiting. Do better, I pay a premium, I expect it.

Quick service! Was in and out the door in great timing! Store was clean and staff was great! Staff member answered any questions I had thoroughly and even helped with making a suggestion on drinks which is great! Highly recommend this store!
