Am a Grubhub driver got there right at 8pm for an order they ignored me stared at me and just looked at me and ignored it worst service ever the customer wasn’t happy I hope u guys fixed your staff very unfortunate and will report or store to Grubhub hoping they can take action because this isn’t the first time

I'm not from the area and just visiting the zoo. I wanted a Large Iced Americano with sf mocha and almond milk. The young lady behind the counter had a terrible attitude and was in a hurry. I even asked for her to repeat and she just walked away.

Not busy, still made an awful drink and didn’t follow simple instructions. I was in a hurry and didn’t have another 10 minutes to wait on a drink again, after the first 10 minutes of waiting. Do better, I pay a premium, I expect it.

Quick service! Was in and out the door in great timing! Store was clean and staff was great! Staff member answered any questions I had thoroughly and even helped with making a suggestion on drinks which is great! Highly recommend this store!

Been a long time since I reviewed below. I went 3 times this last week. 1st time I ordered and said what I wanted, of course. 2nd and 3rd - they remembered me already😳. I love that it’s constantly great! All of you there, awesome individuals! Thank you

I just stood at the register for over 5 minutes waiting to give my order. I ended up walking out. I understand you are busy with drive through, but I don't eat in my car and I wanted to have a banana loaf with my coffee. The girl walking back and forth ignoring me and refusing to make eye contact could have easily stopped for 1 minute to take my order. Approx 10:45 Nov 29th.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The line moved quickly. The drink was good. The spinach sandwich was so good even though I ate it like ten minutes after I picked it up, it was still good temperature and I enjoyed it. I could give it five stars, but since it was drive thru service, I didnt the have the chance to experience it more. I'll return with more time and update.

Parking: It's a small lot, and it cuts off by drive through, but it's doable.

Very friendly people who make very yummy drinks!!! Poor parking lot design has cars out of the lot and down the middle of the road, and if the drive threw is full, you can't get in to park either. Also, they seem to run out of a lot of ingredients and can't make half the drinks at least once or twice a month. Time for a bigger building and a bigger parking lot 🤔

She asked if I wanted the little guy or big guy (referring to size ) I said I want a Tall she said “oh the little guy “ lol yes the little one Kim your not going to make me feel bad cause I don’t want a big ole coffee!
