My wife and I were driving through (from Green Bay to Denver) at around 5pm and the two dudes who were working were just incredible. One of the dudes got my dog fresh cold water and they hooked us up with literally the best subway subs we’ve ever had.
The guy who made our subs did it with care and made sure we both got a well crafted sub.
You don’t find genuine kindness the way these two guys displayed to us that much any more and this subway should be a case study to corporate on how to do subway the right way. Thank you, dudes! We will be returning every time we pass through now.

The two gentlemen working today (10/12) between 4:45-5 were the MOST wonderful subway employees I have ever met. They were so kind to both my husband and I, they went above and beyond to ensure we got a good meal, AND they even gave my sweet doggy girl water when they saw us walking her out back before getting back in our car. Both our sandwiches were made to LITERAL perfection. We make the drive from Colorado to Wisconsin about 1-2 times a year and we will be stopping at this location every time from now on. Was ready to give up on Subway forever, but these two gentlemen changed my mind!

Sandwich was decent but they were outrageously rude to my mother who picked up my order for me (except for the gentleman who helped her) But the woman with the short blonde hair outrageously rude. They also tried to refuse to give me the food that I ordered despite my payment going through. Someone needs to retrain their employees or evaluate some other employees status of employment. They should not be able to try to scam customers and then disrespect them when they're just trying to come in and get the stuff that was already paid for.

Absolutely the most unpleasant staff I've ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. They obviously hate their jobs and their patrons. We won't be coming back to this subway.
Love this place but if you go in around noon on Sunday you’ll be met with an older woman with a terrible attitude and another worker half her age who knows how to just work. No reason my man can’t go in for a sandwich on his only day off and not get what he wants. Not to mention the fact he has to listen to the manager complain about making a sandwich when he’s installing 400 pound windows, 10 hour days, 6 days a week. Complain but at least make the sandwich right and if not offer an apology if you’re not gonna make it right.

Walked in at about 5:30 on 9/27/24. There weren’t any other customers in the building. The ladies working were sitting in the back corner and said it would be a few minutes before they could help us. They continued to sit there complaining about their jobs and coworkers for about 7-8 minutes while we waited. The one gal was also vaping while standing there, she was the one to then help us and did not wash her hands. We ordered one sandwich but if I would not have been in a hurry I would have went somewhere else. Management at this Subway must be awful because most of the times I have been in this location the staff are normally loudly complaining about their jobs. Then they wanted a tip and money for one of their coworkers kids fundraisers! I will start driving to one of the other locations from now on.

I placed an online order, showed up at the time for pickup, waited 15 minutes in line at pickup window behind other customers. Got to the window & was told they don’t have time to fulfill the order. Will you cancel our order & refund my money, “I don’t know how to do that”. There were 3 workers & 2 people in line. Would not recommend.
