“You people have to understand that when some restaurants are short staffed or there’s new employees that they’re trying to train or you know just anything just put your feet into those shoes. It’s hard to work at a fast food place very hard. It’s fast pace and I just don’t see them being rude because I’m the number one customer I don’t see them being rude there. They are very nice and sweet all of them, even though managers they will take care of you as long as you have a receipt people that don’t have receipts. I don’t think they should be taken care of because they use fast food like that. Taco Bell I give them a 50 star they do the best they can. They’re way better than any other Taco Bell here in Council Bluffs. I just think you customers are trying to get one over on Taco Bell and I think it’s bullshit. you guys are disrespectful to the employees and stuff. That’s how you guys are. I used to work at a fast food place for years so I know both sides of the you know table and I know how people could be now if refuse to mess up maybe you should look at it before you leave instead of waiting until you get home or a day or week later, but I give the managers 10 stars cause they do the best they can and Me and my family and friends will always go to the Taco Bell’s on 28th and Broadway very good people. If you don’t like it go try out the other Taco Bell’s They are disgusting I mean disgusting but 28th and Broadway. Taco Bell is probably the best Taco Bell there is so please back off of my number one Taco Bell they never done me wrong. Yeah they might mess up on orders here and there, but who wouldn’t everybody makes mistakes so suck it up buttercup or go to another Taco Bell but this Taco Bell I rate a 10 and the managers I rate a 100 because they have to sit there and put up with people’s bullshit. I give Taco Bell all my respect and I even died in takeout and delivery and everything is fine. Love you Taco Bell. You have my blessing.“
“After a less than stellar experience in the drive through late one night, management contacted me directly, took the time to listen, and ultimately replaced my meal. I've managed fast food restaurants in the past, it's a hectic and more often than not a thankless job. Huge shout out and thank you to Megan and her team for not only making things right, but making the best Taco Bell I've eaten in years. I truly appreciate the effort and excellent customer service!“
“I placed an order via the Tacobell app. I pulled up to the drive through. I received my order, it was exactly as I had ordered, including the no tomatoes, and all the packets of sauce. I was impressed. My food was hot and delicious. It's nice when things work as they should. Good job to this locations staff.“
