He said no gives me a small cup I said well that’s not right handed him the receipt and got the cup. Then the 4 of the pops empty threw it all away and left.

I ordered food from there around midnight online. Took a while for a driver to pick it up but my god was it worth the wait. That was the best damn tacobell I've had in years. I haven't pulled out a crunch wrap so firm. So fully proportioned. I swear I almost shed a tear biting into the best crunch wrap iv had since being a child😭🙏 The 5 layer cheese burrito. Was actually 5 layers and it was the best five layers iv ever seen on one of those things. All the hardshell, INTACT AND NOT STUCK TO THE WRAPPER GANG. If I could give 6 stars I would

All I have to say 5 star treatment tonight, I just got a new phone and downloaded all my apps went to place a order at Taco Bell on my way home and was waiting in the lobby and noticed a lot of people were coming in and getting there orders but mine wasn’t being called one of the employees noticed I was sitting there for a bit and asked my name and went to check and see what was going on with my order and couldn’t find it, he came over and asked if I could pull up the receipt and upon reviewing we noticed I accidentally sent it to the store on E Broadway and initially I thought I was screwed because I walked to the W Broadway location the employee instead told me to hold on and came back with my order made 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I have been through the drive thru many times late night and have not been able to order anything that requires a fryer. I'm not sure if there fryers are broke or what's going on. Its either that or they are out of something. Makes it very hard to order. Kind of ridiculous.
Service was not great. I am a delivery driver. At 11:15 p.m., my 2nd order was picked up for the night, and I heard the manager telling a customer the lobby was closed on my way out. (Making him get back in his vehicle to go throughout the drive thru, Remembering this, I drove through the drive thru my next order. The employee, on the other end, told me, " Who told you the lobby was closed?" Laughing, slightly confused, the lobby was close to the public but available for order picking. It didn't make sense. Communication skills are lacking.

i got food from uber eats and the cinnamon twists tasted like dish soap. also tried to order cinnabon delights and they didn’t have them. VERY disappointed.
