Bad experiences overall. The girl at the drive through window said nothing to me when I handed her my card, and when I received my food. In my previous visit there was one other group waiting for their food and it took almost an hour for us to get our food. As we were waiting, a woman came up to the counter and rudely asked “do you guys need cups?” Though when we received our food, the cook was nice and gave us extra cinnabon bites because of the long wait.

This store needs better supervision and support for their employees. The way they make their burritos is terrible. They don't listen to what you want. They charge you for sauce they don't even give out. They never mark what meat is in the burritos ever. That would be helpful. Please help each other out and do things the way a burrito is supposed to be. With food inside and not outside. Wow, I didn't get anything for cheese sauce. Why so cheap?

Is this Taco Bell on the verge of closing down? EVERY TIME I go they’re out of something! “Sorry we’re out of lettuce, sorry we’re out of ice, sorry we’re out of fire sauce.” Then whatever I end up getting taste like it’s been sitting around for 7 hours or they never put enough of anything in it as if they gatta save the very little they have left for another customer. I live 2 minutes away & for the convenience I go to this one but as of lately I drive 10 minutes out of my way to the Taco Bell on wood berry & NEVER have a problem with them. I work close & even my coworkers tell me they will not spend their money at this Taco Bell anymore. Think it’s time to hire some staff who cares or shut this location down!!

Bought a $2.19 bean burrito and it was small. What? Felt like I was eating more tortilla than beans. Oh sure be stingy on the beans, don't want to break the bank. If this taco bell is holding back on the beans, you know they aren't doing to well on financial means.

This place is horrible. They ran out of beans during my dinner. It’s one of the main ingredients in half their menu. Who ever is managing this location needs fired.

Let me preface this by saying: we have seen improvements since we moved here a year ago. However, each time we come here, either the food is poorly prepared (cold chalupa shells, piled cheese in one space on bean burrito, incorrect sauce used), or we are asked after each food item "is that all?". I spent over 12 years in fast food customer service and it's so frustrating to pull up and know how simple it is to ask "what else can I get for you" to make someone feel like not an inconvenience and then be made to feel like an idiot for even being there. Each time we give this location a chance it reminds us why we drive across town to the other location.

Can never seem to get our order right, we keep trying though. Lol I posted that 7 years ago, and, it still happens every other time. I haven't been to this location in probably 6 months. The kid wanted nacho fries and wife wanted to try the nuggets. Ordered a couple other items to try.
The food was just thrown in, nacho fries everywhere, Mexican pizza a disaster, nachos a disaster, wife said nuggets were inedible, no straws for the drinks...
one of the workers I chatted with while waiting for the store to open after the xmas party was cool though....
You ever order food and it's such a crapshow you throw it all away and don't eat, yeah, that's how tonight is.....

Staff is incredibly rude. Order was wrong even though it was just a cravings box, no substitutes and special instructions.
Went to pick up online order. Order was not received. Instead of apologizing and offering to help figure things out, staff was rude and unhelpful.

I had an app order and picked it up through the drive-thru and the lady working at the time was absolutely fantastic. She was professional yet kind and engaging. For a fast food restaurant that is a rare quality.

At about 1015 am I went in (on my 30 min break from work) to get breakfast for my nurse and I. There was 2 cars in the drive through (me and one other). I asked if they could do 2 separate orders and he replied very emotionless "no we can not". I tried to reason with him that one was only a crunch wrap and the other one a burritto but he was very rude. I was angry and not nice in response but as an employee I feel he should have handled the situation differently. In the end I was refused service. This is NOT a way things should be handled at all. Almost every time I go there i get bacon on my burrito instead of sausage and I won't eat bacon so it ends up in the trash and I go back to work hungry but I'm not a complainer so i go on about my day but today pushed me over the edge!
