Order has been incorrect every time the last two weeks+, employees are overworked and their manager only cares about drive times, not to mention the times we were given obviously stale food- forcing us to come back inside for replacement. Hope there's a change in management or employees, inedible as is.

Food was cold they didn't listen to special on order. Forgot fried chicken combo and wanted to argue. The food that was right wasn't fresh. This is a very busy restaurant off a major hyway for the workers to be on play time.

Every time I come here I wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru, today I’ve been here over 30 minutes with only 3 care infront of me. What’s going on with this place? Apparently I’m not the only one who’s complained either.
Customer service needs improvement. Pointless to order online if it's not gonna get made for an hour. Multiple employees ignoring customers but food came fast once they finally acknowledged it.

They never get my food right and they mess around in the back. They always forget stuff on my order but they charge me. Next time I will be dumping my food out on the table and making sure I got everything because if I don’t I will be getting a refund and never coming back. I have been in the drive thru before and they get my order right but every time I go inside for some reason my orders messed up.

Currently standing in the lobby and have yet to be acknowledged by any of the 5 employees on the clock right now as they talk about getting a new GM. This is always the case everything I come to this location. Last time I was here a group of 5 walked out after standing here for 10 mins. Who knows how long they were here prior to my arrival. Do better with this location!
