Customer service needs improvement. Pointless to order online if it's not gonna get made for an hour. Multiple employees ignoring customers but food came fast once they finally acknowledged it.

This Taco Bell isn't the worst I've visited but it has become par for the course over time. Used to be a 5 star when new but has become average as far as food and service go.

After a less than stellar experience in the drive through late one night, management contacted me directly, took the time to listen, and ultimately replaced my meal. I've managed fast food restaurants in the past, it's a hectic and more often than not a thankless job. Huge shout out and thank you to Megan and her team for not only making things right, but making the best Taco Bell I've eaten in years. I truly appreciate the effort and excellent customer service!
