Can't give anything other than one star when myself and 6 other vehicles (including two who've already ordered) back out and leave. Waited in drive through lane for 14 minutes without the line progressing. The only vehicle that didnt leave was the little service van behind me. So o drove through traffic to another fast food location, ordered, received my food, waited for traffic to clear, drove by Taco Bell on my way back to the office and the little van was still there in line, although he had ordered and was next up to the window. His entire wait had to of been over a half hour.

Asked for cantina chicken burrito with a few modifications, my usual order as a very frequent customer. No chicken and barely any of the other fillings. This was over $7. Most disappointing Taco Bell burrito experience ever.

6/9/25 1250 afternoon They forgot my guacamole that I paid for on one of my items so I pulled back in to go inside and all their doors were locked another customer outside had called and the person on the phone said they're understaffed and hung up on the customer. The inside has other customers in there. Truthfully I get it being stressful during peak times but I work at a restaurant and have since I was a teenager and never had a place lock it's doors to keep customers from coming in because we're understaffed. That's so ridiculous. Idk if you guys didn't have a manager in or what but this makes you look so bad as a company and as the specific location

When you come in and nobody's willing to wait on you you have to do a kiosk. They're standing there and can help you but no you have to go to kiosk and do your own work. No I will never be back again. In the time I was there three other people came in and were told they had to do their own order and all of them said no we won't be back. They had a cash register somebody could help

I showed up around 630pm, Im a dasher. The lobby is closed for "deep cleaning." Waited in the drive thru for about 30 mins to be told the 2 orders I had have been picked up. Since I was stuck in the drive through, I called doordash to let them know what was going on. They contacted the store and one of the employees confirmed the orders were picked up, but they are remaking the 2 orders and to pull around and someone will bring it out. It's currently 7:37pm. I am still waiting on someone to bring out the 2 doordash orders that were supposed to be delivered by 6.47pm and 6:58pm. This is baffling that I am still sitting here waiting on these orders. Do better with your staff Taco Bell.

They lock and close the lobby whenever they feel like it. I order in the app to pick up in the lobby, then have to wait in a 15 minute line to get my order. The line is long bc the lobby is closed. I cant leave bc I already paid ij the app.They shouldn't allow an in lobby pick up if the lobby is closed. Don't come to this location unless you want to gamble with your time.
