My husband and I are semi regulars here and every time we visit, the restaurant is always clean. They bring our food right out to us fresh and the owner is such nice man who always has a smile on his face when he greets us!

Typical fast food, this location the staff usually has a smile on their face and food is made correctly (majority of the time, some hiccups but thats everywhere you go) in a timely manner

I needed to cancel my order last week and the app for my phone told me to contact the restaurant, so I did. The guy argued with me saying I had to do it through the app but the app said to call them. After 3 phone calls of being argued with, I finally just gave up and tried to call the main office but got voicemail to leave my contact info and still have yet to be contacted on it. So I am without my money and still am unsure of how to contact anyone about this.

Clean store, great service, but the bun for my taco burger was far from fresh, very chewy bun. Buy still tasted good ?

Awful. Ordered lunch for our office crew - potato ole grande, a meat & potato burrito and a taco bravo. Asked the beans be left off the taco bravo for the person it was ordered for - the meat in the bravo was nothing but refried beans, so the person couldn't eat it. The meat & potato burrito? As everyone was in the breakroom, when the burrito was unrolled so the person could add some salt to it? Literally four potato oles and absolutely no meat. Plenty of lettuce and tomato but that was it. So ended up having to divide the potato oles grande among four people so everyone could have something to eat. Have ordered Taco John's for the crew before but after this meal? Never again. When the crew's replacing meat with beans and there's beans on a meat & potato burrito? That's just sloppy work.

Ordered a Boss Burrito combo with nacho cheese, and received 3 soft tacos. Total rip off. Enjoy that extra money you made off me tonight, it won't ever happen again.
The sour cream was nasty and rotten and they forgot the cheese I ordered for dipping the tacos were so empty barely any meat hardly any toppings I had to drive back to the restaurant and replace all my burritos that had sour cream and get my dipping sauce and the drive thru weirdly goes through a parking lot and is difficult to navigate as being a first time visit.

Stopped in on my way to Nebraska, and decided to give them a try, and I wasn’t disappointed. I had the Boss Bowl,with some extras and I was thoroughly satisfied. The food was good, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good job everyone…once I’m around, I’ll definitely stop by again.

Ordered combo plus. Seem to be in a hurry, even though I was the only one in the drive-through. Dining room was not busy. Got home without the potato lays even though I’ve been charged extra for upgrading the size.
