I'm sorry for the complaint but I believe it smells like sewer and I really hate to say but I don't think the employees smell it because they are in it for so long and they have adjusted to the smell

I ordered 2 steak bowls through the drive thru. When the guy came to the window to hand me the bag, he lost control of the bag and dropped both steak bowls. He looked around like he wasn't sure of what to do next. He asked another worker and that person had him ask someone else. That person must have told him to just hand me the bag because that's what he did. They steak bowls were a complete disaster. I went ahead and took them but regret that I did because it was such a mess on top of it not tasting very good. They did not give me and utensils to eat it so that was fun. I will not return here.

I went into the Taco John's on East Broadway yesterday. My husband ordered a burrito and a soda. I ordered a #11 Jalapeños Ranch combo. The man behind the counter was rude and rang in my order wrong. I ended up with the cilantro lime #11. It was not my favorite, but that wasn't the worst part. The taco had hair in it. I checked the receipt and saw he rang it wrong and noticed the cashiers' name was Julie B. Unless Julie is a man, they are using each other's cash drawers and not wearing name tags. So I can't pinpoint which dark-haired guy took our order. I threw my food away as no employees were available to help. Bad service, bad food. The remodel took out their condiment bar, and every chair in the lobby is plastic like a cheap patio chair. Wobbly. My husband put this place on our bad spot- boycott list. Avoid it! The picture is of the second taco. It did not have hair in it.

Overpriced SOGGY tacos. The ole's were decent. Can't believe this place is still in business.
The flour tortillas were hard. The taco burger barely had any meat on it. The street tacos were supposed to have the sauce on the side. It wasn’t. And the attached photo is what we got instead of nacho cheese
Little bit higher than Taco Bell. But the food's much better my preference.

I got my food delivered and they for got my potatoes the chicken was so hard I couldn’t even bit though it also the tortilla was hard. Also, there was a hole in the burrito. I will never go back to this taco John ever again !!!!

My visa was on a holiday. The parking lot was clean, the restaurant was clean In the food was very tasty like you would expect. Taco.John's serves pepsi products and the pepsi I had what's cold and refreshing.
