Great burger place, they have traditional burgers and a few of their own. They offer some smoked meats, with all the good sides: mac and cheese, slaw, fries. But it's the ice cream that keeps bringing me back. The brownie fudge sundae...heaven!

Apologies for the long rant... I don't recommend going there. Especially when ordering a malt with vanilla ice cream and m & m 's. A malt is served with a straw (as if the ingredients were mixed in a blender with milk). I got a (large) & when I received it, it was PACKED with m & m 's that I needed to eat with a spoon, there was barely ANY ice cream, it was gross. So, I went up & explained how bad it was & could I have some ice cream to go with my m & m's? I forced some down to allow some room for the ice cream I was asking for; and said I will give some money towards it (not expecting they'd say "yes, $1.50"... maybe .50) ...Whoa! no, I don't think so, not going to pay an additional $1.50 for this product as it still wouldn't be remotely what I ordered but was willing to sacrifice... it was a poor product & .50 may have been ok, but not really.... Very poor customer service & unbelievable lack of empathy. I said 'no thanks' & went to sit to eat a little more; nope, it was that bad. My guy tried it & stated the exact same sentiments. So, with >80% f the product remaining, out of the cost & provided a tip, and poor service in attempting to ask them to right their wrong & having them ask me for more $ than I was willing to provide, I walked up and gave it back & stated the product given to me sucked; my guy followed suit. Honesty, I think they thought I was trying to rob them of some ice cream and gave me an attitude to reflect that line of thinking. So, in giving it back, I felt like I was showing them I wasn't trying to pull the wool over her/their eyes & was to show them how bad it was. Will never go back. We tried to patron a new place & will stick to places that I know are happy with serving their customers. I think a couple of these folks need some extra coaching on serving the customer & practice listening skills. This day & age it's too risky to disappoint in light of how many venues are closing due to the state of affairs in the nation. Rating: D-

I ordered over 80$ in food and ice cream. They gave me under cooked fried pickles, under cooked chicken sandwich, gave me a wrong sandwich, when they were making sandwichs there was no gloves worn jus bare hands. Was very disappointed! Then gave me wrong ice creams. Alot of the food was wasted. And no receipt was given.

Very poor.young kids don't get it's not a place to stand at the window talking with people and people are in line wanting ice cream. Finally got my grandson ice cream cone and it was melting all over before I got it and they didn't care and I asked for a bowl and I had to ask 3 times . and he drops it right after I got my cone and they seen it and just closed the window on us. I won't be back. Very poor service.. and gran and I gave him mine and he was ok back didn't understand why the ice cream place didn't help?sad he understands but 16 to 18 yr olds don't. We won't be back..poor business..
