We were sat at a booth that hadn't been cleaned when the previous guest had spilled a drink the bench was soaking wet and sticky and a puddle on the floor... I sat in it... my whole side and bottom was wet and sticky. We brought this to managements attention right away and were moved and offer a free appetizer as an apology. We decided on the loaded cheese steak fries. WORST CHOICE EVER. The cheese was six slices.. SLICED CHEESE.. that looked plastic and you couldn't even pull it apart. We sent it back. Seems I should have checked out the other reviews and went somewhere else.

Disappointed in this visit. Went in appreciating previous history of other restaurants but had issues with food ordered (wrong dressing for salad, wrong toppings on steak, ha dto repeatedly ask for drink refills). Most likely will not be back to this one. Disappointing.

Ordered a 12 oz NY strip and was given something else. Told the server and head cook brought out 3 steaks for me to choose from. Felt like i was being put down because i know what my steaks. After my family had eaten their meals i finely got my steak and ate it while my family waited on me to finsh eating.
