First rate food, reasonably priced. I like their burgers because they are well prepared and rationally sized. Old school in the best sense. No silliness, just simple quality. Really can't go wrong. Casual setting, friendly service in an out of the way corner of Council Bluffs. Before retiring I used to eat at Tish's about once a week. Reliable and good.

We ate here and ordered in twice while we were at Council Bluffs for a music concert. The people were warm and friendly . The food was great. We couldn't have asked for a better place to casually dine with our family.Parking: Never had any trouble parking. Plenty of spacesKid-friendliness: We were traveling with our grandchildren and they were happy with the food and the friendly staff.

Really folks? How do places like this get good reviews? $18 for a frozen stir fry meal you get for $3. Everything we had was the lowest quality Sysco frozen then over cooked. Tough and bland. The chips where fresh lol. But come on. Do not support places that just think we are all stupid.Service was decent but always seemed a bit confused. Very loud as no sound dampening. If you want quality amazing fresh food for less money go to 712, caddy's, or even panda express. So sad local owners have no pride.

Once again we were greeted promptly. We believe we have the same waiter. Love those Chief fans. My husband ordered the Jalapeño Popper burger with fries and cottage cheese. I ordered the Reuben and onion tanglers. We are sitting in a nice cozy, perfectly lit booth, noise is average, but you can carry a good conversations. Everything tasted good! We split our sandwiches and couldn't decide which one was better. The onion tanglers had the perfect amount of aalt. My husband got a piece of carrot cake to go to enjoy in the hotel room later!

I ordered fish & chips. The fish was obviously the type already breaded and frozen that I buy at the grocery store and cook at home. The chips weren't the type typically served with the British fish & chips meal. They were thinly sliced fried potatoes that are the American-type potato chip. I ate some of them, but most of them were so overly browned as to not be edible. The server was the only bright spot, very nice and efficient.

Attentive service. My sandwich was great and I loved the sweet potato fries. Strawberry cheesecake was excellent! I have eaten here for years and have yet to eat any food choice ordered at Tidh's 9that was not absolutely wonderful.
