Me and my wife ordered through the app and when I got to the location to pick up the order I was told that they were out of everything we ordered even though we called ahead and they said they had our items. Then they refused to refund my money or substitute any of the items for something else this is very poor customer service we will be contacting corporate.

This Wendy's is terrible. I have ordered DoorDash twice this past week and both times I have waited an hour or longer for my order, mind you this is literally one or two sandwiches.. and both times I've had to cancel and get a refund because they don't turn off their DoorDash orders when they're not taking them. Open until midnight? I ordered at 8pm and then days later at 9:40pm, neither order was completed nor was there communication on what was going on. I could run this Wendy's better if I had no arms or legs and was deaf and blind. And this isn't just a DoorDash issue, I've gone in person where the screen clearly says "BACON" and "NO TOMATO" yet I got no bacon AND tomato. I feel like this Wendy's is run by 3 year olds.

Ordered thru Uber Eats...food was great, but would have been significantly better if my chili had come with the crackers it's supposed to and the cheese and sour cream I paid extra for. Otherwise good

Food was good and hot. An employee can back from break and made the entire restaurant smell like weed. Woman at the counter seemed annoyed that I was there, which I could understand if I was there right at close, but it was 4:30.

I was served a baconator double and that item does not exist on the menu, and the burgers were disgusting and not able to be eaten.
