Just left the drive thru, with my cold Son of Baconator that was probably ripping hot when they quenched it in the pool of mayo, ketchup, and whatever other condiments they Drowned my sandwich in. Im almost afraid for my Sister to open hers she asked for extra mayo.
Other than that its a newly renovated place, at least the facade is, the rest if the property has seen better days.
One positive is the worker taking the order was very professional and polite... missed an order of fries, but they were nice.

Stopped in today, service was excellent and everyone there was friendly. Atreyu went above and beyond to make sure my order was made properly. Great job guys!!

There was one car on the drive thru. It took over 10 minutes for someone to take their order. Once I got to the intercom I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order before I just left. There was no more than 2 people eating inside. The poor guy working the drive thru said they’re severely understaffed.
If they’re so understaffed that they’re unable to take 2 orders within half an hour than maybe a change is needed? Unreal!

Ordered through the app which was easy enough, service was fast and the employees were very nice, but the burgers were drier than the Sahara desert making them taste like cardboard. Also I ordered iced tea and got sugar water instead. For how expensive fast food is today I would expect fresher food at least.
They were super busy tonight, as usual. However, I was informed they are under new management, saw them pulling out grills and miscellaneous items to deep clean, Atreyu was very transparent every step of the order about the status of their current state. Very kind and patient.

Didn't get the order correct at all. The cashier was rude and extremely unprofessional. The manager didn't understand the simple things of the incorrections of the order. The owner of this place has to be proud.

My girl ordered a baconator with no mayo. Got home and the sandwich didn’t have bacon on it. Went back to the store to correct the order and the manager tried to intimidate a woman for their mistake. They did end up fixing the mistake but not without dissatisfying a paying customer even more so. Wendy’s is alright in my book but this location on broadway is trash. The service was trash the food was trash and the customer service absolute trash.

Had an exceptional experience and we usually do. The manager and all the staff were so kind and helped us swiftly and kindly.
They have a sign on their speaker box in the Drive-Thru and a sign on their door that says breakfast hours have changed to 8:00 a.m. to 10:30. Both signs say this. I pulled up to the speaker box at 8:10 a.m. waited probably 5 minutes before somebody finally came over the speaker box to tell me that they didn't open till 8:30. Opening late is one thing it happens but this happened two days in a row.
