Went through the drive thru and got charged for someone else’s order and they said they couldn't refund me my money instead they offered me to get something else, but I didn’t need anything else I just wanted my money back cash would’ve been fine, also it’s only this Wendy’s that is this bad all the other ones are

All the reviews says it all. That place is a joke. After waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes I Paid 38 bucks for 3 double burgers which were all single burgers and got cold greasy fries and three burgers that didn't have all on it that they were supposed to put on it. and just threw it all together. Ordered two diet Cokes and a regular but they gave me 3 regular Cokes. Asked for no salt on fries as two meals were for diabetes and all fries were very salty. They didn't even give me the receipt. They were all kids working there . I wouldn't pay them to work how they do.

Ordered online in the app for in-store pickup. All the doors were locked and drive through line was long. Waited more than 30 minutes to get my food. Tried calling. No one would answer the phone. Refuse to go here ever

Want to tick off a diabetic? Ask her to wait in line for close to half an hour and watch 5 orders come out, THEN, watch the manager come out and throw you order slip in the trash. I stopped her and she didn't even apologize or offer any comp. Just a statement, Oh, it has been sitting so long it cleared the screen. Then hands the ticket to the server and walks off. EVERYTHING was cold when I got home and I only live 10m blocks away. Very dissatisfied!!!
Worse food I have ever had, oldest chicken patty, hair in the food, soda tasted weird.. and when she got it wrong while handing it out the window we corrected her ( because she never reread what we ordered or told us the total) she gave us a dirty look and got snotty and slammed her window shut. So zero stars if I could. Just go somewhere else cause they don’t care. Literally, there was a homeless man out side just “sleeping” on the sidewalk. I should have just known better but my kids were hungry. ?

Door dasher was amazing but Wendy's was not. My son's root beer had so much ice in it it was pretty much watered down. I ordered a salad didn't get the cheese on it or the right dressing. Baked potato was half cooked and didn't get the sour cream as ordered.
