The pretzel was hard as a rock. I asked to have them toast it for half the normal time and it was still not edible. Had to find something else to eat at home. Need to toast these for way less time. Other customers in line were frustrated as well for lack of customer service and how long they waited in line, over 20 minutes and there was only a few other people in line. They indicated that they came early to skip the lunch rush....she hand not been there in awhile

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Ordered online for pickup, arrived at the time it said it was ready and the store was empty and the employee was sitting on her phone. She said she was busy and didn’t start my order yet so she would start it right now. Got home and my steak sandwich was cold, straight out of the cooler, meat not heated at all. I ordered the steak and cheese wrap which boasted double meat. As you can see in the picture, there was very little inside. Disappointed but not surprised.

Prices are high for just a sandwich, it's about 10 bucks for just the sandwich, and yes there are plenty of teenagers who work there as their first job, so they won't be the best at it (I am also a teen who works in the food industry) my only complaint is the toppings, they have a tendency to put a lot of sauce on the sandwich, like ranch or oil or whatever, so keep an eye on them when you get to sauce, and also the bread can be pretty tough sometimes.
Vegetarian options: It's a sandwich shop, just don't choose any of the meat options I guess

This place is a joke. I didn’t know a place that’s opened until 9pm closes at 7pm with workers sitting on their A** looking out the window like deer in headlights. The sandwiches are always bad and give the franchise a horrible name. Better off going to Kwik Star

Terrible service, there was a girl named Kirsten that did a Terrible job , she didn't knw how to make a sandwich at all!She's definitely not a customer service person and shouldn't be working there ! If I go back and she's there she won't be making my sandwich at all .. the whole sandwich is gross ... never will I have her wait on me again ... managment needs to deal with herIf I could give a zero start I would ! Just because of her
