Ordered online for my family. My husband went to pick up. They were still making my order when he arrived. Person working stated he was very put out because I ordered for my family of 6 and did not give him 24 hrs notice. Then continue to state he lost over $200 of service because of my order. He was very rude and disrespectful. Then screwed up my order. And it isn't like I ordered several different sandwiches, I made them all as similar as I could. We will not be going back

I got 2 sandwiches and a salad. The 1st sandwich had the wrong bread and barley any mayo on it. The second sandwich i didn't get avocado cheese peppers and the parmesan. I also barely had any ranch on it. The salad is fine.

On Sunday September 1st, 4 of us got there about 20 min before they closed yet the employees were super super friendly and nice. You never get those employees when it's close to closing time anywhere else?

The pretzel was hard as a rock. I asked to have them toast it for half the normal time and it was still not edible. Had to find something else to eat at home. Need to toast these for way less time. Other customers in line were frustrated as well for lack of customer service and how long they waited in line, over 20 minutes and there was only a few other people in line. They indicated that they came early to skip the lunch rush....she hand not been there in awhile

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Ordered online for pickup, arrived at the time it said it was ready and the store was empty and the employee was sitting on her phone. She said she was busy and didn’t start my order yet so she would start it right now. Got home and my steak sandwich was cold, straight out of the cooler, meat not heated at all. I ordered the steak and cheese wrap which boasted double meat. As you can see in the picture, there was very little inside. Disappointed but not surprised.
