Chicken was fried in old oil that was needing replaced. Burger that replaced the chicken was like a chunk of leather. My sandwich was barely luke warm. Positives the prepackaged ketchup was great and the prepackaged milk was cold.

The Texas toast AND the patty are half the thickness of the old Frisco's. And was room temp through and through like it had sat out on a counter overnight (which I knew it hadn't. Waited while they made it) The bread was hard as shoe leather. And to top it off was over $11 for just the sandwich and med Coke. The money is irrelevant if it had been a great burger. Do better Hardee's

An all around horrible experience. Every time I and friends have gone in for food we are treated indifferent and it takes forever for our orders to be taken and delivered. Clearly they do not appreciate people of color eating there. They assume we're illegal aliens lol but we're all Americans from Texas or Florida lol

Cashier did not know the bag special and did not understand what we were asking. He never even told us that we could choice two sandwiches when ringing order up. We considered wrap but there was no lettuce. Mustard was all over the wrappers and hard to eat in car. Ordered $3.99 bacon and it was like pre made bacon with molasses and brown sugar. Expensive for what we got. I use to love Hardee’s, just really disappointed.
