An all around horrible experience. Every time I and friends have gone in for food we are treated indifferent and it takes forever for our orders to be taken and delivered. Clearly they do not appreciate people of color eating there. They assume we're illegal aliens lol but we're all Americans from Texas or Florida lol

Cashier did not know the bag special and did not understand what we were asking. He never even told us that we could choice two sandwiches when ringing order up. We considered wrap but there was no lettuce. Mustard was all over the wrappers and hard to eat in car. Ordered $3.99 bacon and it was like pre made bacon with molasses and brown sugar. Expensive for what we got. I use to love Hardee’s, just really disappointed.
If you can even just cook hamburger and put cheese on it put it on bunn like we order then you need shut doors cuase dam 5 year old could do better then full grown adult dam

No customers but me and they still just stand there and stare at your food. Flies seen landing on hamburger buns and they still used them. Fries were soggy!
Sloppy Bacon Cheeseburger too! Something was spilled on there floor in front of the fries unit and they just put about 50 paper towels on it instead of cleaning it up.
It was actually filthy in the store behind the counter. Staff acted as if their minds were somewhere else!

Took 25 minutes and I was the only inside customer and only a couple of drive ups!

It was about 9:20 p.m., not a very busy time on a normal evening. I ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders combo. I was the only one in the drive-through lane. The man at the window said I would need to wait a few minutes because "that guy just ordered the last one. We have to drop fresh." I asked to just wait at the window since no one was behind me. I was told I needed to pull forward to wait because the window drive time would stop running if I moved. That felt disingenuous, nearly a lie/cheat way to keep the scores up for corporate, and a dismissal of the customer. I was not as important to the store as the corporate scoring of drive time.
Not only can't get curly fries but the regular fries have been replaced with disgusting garbage that at literally on par with cheapest thin cut garbage in the freezer section at Walmart. If you're down with sitting behind three cars for over twenty minutes and still getting pulled when you finally get to the window so you can eat some disgusting fries that wouldn't be good even if they weren't for and obviously been sitting out for twice as long a the time you sat in line waiting on them this is the place for you.

The cook working tonight was amazing. She stepped up and helped so customers were taken care of and that was super impressive as I haven’t seen that before at this location. The 2 employees worked very well together!!
