I ordered a value meal. It was a 4b. My chicken sandwich was burnt. I didn't receive my fries. I did get my drink and they tried to charge me twice for it. They said it wasn't on the receipt. I got my sandwich and drink so they must have put it in individually. It was disappointing! My chicken sandwich looked like burger meat then I looked again and realized it was burnt! I didn't have time to go in or wait an hour for someone to figure out the solution! I went through drive thru because I was in a hurry!

Pretty inconsistent, but usually low quality food. Even for a McDonald's, this place kinda blows. Occasionally good, so that's why I was lenient with the rating. Atmosphere is unbeatably bad, just because it's in Creston.

Idk if they accidentally cooked it too long or if they just maybe need to change the oil but my daughter got a deluxe mccrispy and this is what it looks like we also got 🍟 and my daughter and I got a frappe got a McChicken for my boyfriend

Quality has really gone downhill. Fries are always cold and flavorless and if you get an orange juice at breakfast just remember they water it down greatly.

Someone please explain to me why it is IMPOSSIBLE to get dipping sauces with your order at this place. It doesn’t matter if I order it on the app, if I order it in the drive thru, if I ask for it again at the window - without fail, they never add it to my bag. I even waited and waited and waited for the girl (who also had a terribly sour attitude) to come back to the window and she left me there and never came back. They shouldn’t be allowed to charge you for these sauces because I have wasted money time and time again on something I am never given. We even went inside one time for breakfast and though they were open, none of the kiosks were turned on to let us order and no one would come up to the front to help take our order. It’s an absolute joke.

ordered online and waited for well over 40 minutes in curbside before going in to see what was going on and when i went in they said they never received my order even tho i had a receipt to show them that i had ordered they couldn’t even give me my food and i was told that since “they never got my order” that my money would be automatically refunded but it never was. this place is so shitty.
