I was just there at 6:43 and I went to order with my sister and I asked for a Carmel macchiato with extra Carmel and cold that’s iced. My sister wanted a strawberry açaí. So she orders they started playing around and took them a bit to stop. So basically I waited for awhile to make 3 drinks. Then there was lady who was pregnant and she asked my sister if she wanted berries in her drink and my sister said No thank you! The pregnant lady said good because I didn’t wanna put them in there anyways. She was very disrespectful. Once they were done jacking around they didn’t put cold foam nor extra Carmel in my drink I was very upset.

The whole reason we chose Starbucks over Scooters was that you could sit down. This Starbucks is attached to a HyVee grocery store. The ladies behind the counter were really friendly. Our order was fast. I had a cookie crumble mocha frappucino, my mom had a coffee, and my brother had a coffee with a shot of espresso. We went about 10 am on Monday and there was no line.

I went to Starbucks this morning and the employee that took my order was so so kind & patient with me (didn’t get her name). I had left my debit card at home and only had a little cash on me. She was so patient and kind while I tried to get my crap together. You are the best, thank you for making my day! Drinks are always so good at Creston!

Thanks to the girls who made my coffee this morning! They don’t have a scanner for rewards but still honored my birthday reward. They were very kind and showed great customer service - and even wrote happy birthday on my cup :) the coffee was made perfectly, too! ❤️
