We did door dash. 2 of 3 kids means we're not correct. 1 6" inch did not have everything on it. We didn't receive any chips. IT was left outside our door with no knock, no notice. Tried calling the door dash...answering machine each time. No reply back. Called Subway. Their response was sorry, we can't do anything about it. Really, you made 3 sandwiches wrong and you should make sure the entire order is ready for door dash. Hire people who speak English and can communicate with you if you have no one who speaks their language.

The food I ordered was made well, no complaints there. I knocked off one star for price - quite expensive ($30 for two footlong subs, two cookies and a large drink). I knocked off one more star for cleanliness. Behind the counter looked kind of grungey, as well as the general cleanliness but not so bad I'd worry about eating my food that's made in front of me. Servers were nice, and did a good job.

Amazing service we thought we would try the pretzel that they offered and is good don't think I'll get the mustard again but thought I'd try I thought I asked them to toast my sandwich but that was my mistake I only said they offered to remake it I told him no that's fine that was my mistake so this time the service was better than last time I went to Subway

Great food and customer service. I had questions about the app, and a worker (I believe she is the manager) took time to help me. The only non positive comment is the price of the protein bowls is higher than expected, other than that, great experience everytime!
