Was the worst caseys I've even been to. The staff is lazy and the pizza was old the time said 8:51 for it to be used it was an hour later and looked dry. The cold brew set up was horrible. They didnt even have the ice machine or the caramel drizzle or whipped cream

The manager of this store thinks it's more important to make idle chat with his pizza making buddies than to tend to customers waiting at the register. The low 3.9 rating this store has is indicative of the manager's lack of attention to customers. Even if he does slowly make it to the register, his attitude is unfriendly and unwelcoming. It's seldom that any place can give worse service than Hyvee, but this Casey's beats it in the worst way. Terrible! Zero stars would be a more accurate description.

Brand new Casey’s absolutely filthy. The store, bathroom, windshield wash station had rancid water in it. Poor representation of Casey’s.

The air compressor to air tires up makes you swipe a credit card to use. Doesn’t even say how much it will cost. Hy vee gas across the road is free. Plus the food is better.

I love having a Casey’s here but THERES NEVER FOOD IN WARMERS! Caseys is “convenience” foods, Ordering is a pain ans people coming in dont want to wait 10 minutes for a full pizza to cook. Please! Put some food in the warmers!!

Ordered a couple pizzas last night and the only sauce on my large pepperoni was a ring around the crust, typically the pizza is really good. We still ate it cause we were hungry and paid for it, but this is a bummer. Employees were super nice and friendly though.

Casey's has made a big mistake in working with door dash for deliveries. Do not use Casey's website for delivery unless you want to be disappointed.
I placed an order through Casey's website at 11:59 AM for a pizza, breadsticks, and a chicken sandwich. At 12:49 I received a text from doordash saying that the Casey's order was running late and should be delivered between 12:49 and 1:00 pm. 40 minutes after 1 pm and there was still no delivery, no new message from door dash, and the link in the email from Casey's that showed delivery status, showed that the food hadn't even left the store yet!
So, I called Casey's and asked about the hold up. The woman I spoke to was nice, but she said the food had been sitting there ready for a while and she didn'thave any idea where the driver was.
There is no good communication between Casey's and doordash. I could have just picked up my food myself if someone from Casey's had just contacted me about the missing driver.
I asked to cancel the order and she said understandable and it should go through but she didn't know when.
Then, the doorbell rings at 2:30 pm and guess who finally showed up but doordash delivering cold food that had sat for over an hour and a half, with no apology.
I called Casey's back to make sure I wasn't paying for the food or delivery and spoke with a man who told me that it just showed delivered. He told me that Casey's no longer offers delivery at all and it is all through door dash. He complained about how he had to deliver food himself before due to drivers not showing up. He also said that he can't process the refund there at the store.
I got off the phone with him with the idea that I can have a free pizza, and that his manager might call me.
I called door dash to try and see if they had any better information...nope! According to the two people I spoke to, basically you are ordering the food through Casey's and they (Casey's) are ordering door dash to deliver the pizza. So, just to get a refund, Casey's has to ask for a refund from door dash and then they can give you your refund. Not the store you got it from though, but Casey's online customer service. They also said you can't cancel the order through Casey's for the delivery part (hence the driver still showing up with cold food), because technically Casey's is the one asking for door dash services. You cannot cancel door dash either, because technically you are not the one who asked for their services, Casey's was.
I will never be asking for delivery from any Casey's again if this is the case.
The one plus in all this is that door dash has put through a refund to Casey's, so hopefully I can get my money back...eventually.
