This Starbucks is definitely #1 in the DSM/WDM metro. Emma is EMMAzing. Alyssa is a fantastic manager. Margo is MAR-GOATED. Lydia is really awesome. Grace is GRACEFUL in her work. Brooklyn (Brookie) is awesome sauce. I've come to the night crew twice, but those two nailed it as well.
Entire place is always clean.

Rather slow drive thru line and decent wait line for a simple coffee. The required tip option seems a little ridiculous just pay your employees better. The cup of ice with a hint of coffee was a little overpriced.

Brooklyn, Lydia, Margo, Emma, and every person I encounter is so pleasant and helpful. There are several Starbucks within 10-15 minutes of my home and this is by far my favorite. Not only because of the sweet people but they also make my drink right EVERY time. I get the same thing and really appreciate them following the directions so it taste the same each time. They even remember my name (not expected) but definitely makes it feel like a small town coffee shop vibe. I look forward to seeing these girls when I get my coffee. Highly recommend!

I live in Winterset so I had to drive to WDM to go to SB. I was sooo excited when I saw that Cummings got one, it felt like it was my bday! 😂 I love every single one of the employees, I have been trying to find a drink with less cal & less sugar & they have gone above & beyond to help me find a drink I love. They know me & my husband’s name & we know theirs as well. In fact when we go to the drive through they even know it’s us by our order & voices, we have tried to trick them a few times but they always figure it out! 😉❤️

Yay, Cumming has its own Starbucks! Went there on first day, service was excellent, everyone was courteous. My wife had a Chai Tea latte and she said it was best she has ever had ( and she has had a lot).
Everyone in Cumming, Norwalk, stop on in, Cumming is proud of its new Starbucks!
Adding to my earlier review, Starbucks continues to be a 5 star location! Today they remembered a special way I like my drink and did it without asking. That is good customer service!
