I don't ever post reviews. Stopped in today with the family. Waited over an hour for food. Never got a drink refill. Food order was not fully fulfilled (missing salad). One burger was really good. One burger, their signature Handlebar burger, had been sitting in the window and was just warm - also was flavorless. Kids pizza was alright. Side of cucumber salad comes in a 2oz styrofoam ramakin and cost $4 - literally 3 bites of food. Bloody's and beer were really good. Place was clean. Watched numerous tables arrive and not get served and leave. Entire bill was comped to 50% off and the drinks were comped at 100% off. Bill was still $40 for three kids meals and two adult meals. Massively overpriced.
Definitely not coming back.

My partner and I were very happy with our lunch experience today. There was a $12 pizza and salad buffet that looked great, but we opted to share a tenderloin, “derailed” fries and Asian slaw—wow! We ate until we were satisfied and still took home half the sandwich and fries. Everything was perfectly prepared and tasty—the fries have incredible flavor. The service was friendly and fast. I don’t know what it’s like during very busy times, but we will definitely return.

Waste of time and energy. Everything was bland. Waited upwards of 50 minutes for our food and our waitress literally couldn’t be bothered. New ownership seems to not know what’s going on.

Hours on website were posted 11:00-2:00. We had a group that bicycled and planned to end up at the handlebar for lunch. We got there at 1:15 and were told the kitchen was closed. Spoke with management and told again kitchen was closed. No apologies. No consideration. We had a group of 7 looking forward to eating there. Went to 5 points and had a great meal and experience.

This place man … 2nd try in as many days to stop in for a quick note and a beer. Last night wait staff turned us away because kitchen was closing in 10 minutes. (She mumbled and I had to ask her to repeat herself) So just now we try again and same gal basically told us that there was a long wait in front of us and you could tell she didn’t want us to stay. Place is a joke!
Will not ever be going back here again! Complete Waste of time!
We went to The Handlebar on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. We ordered drinks and food and waited an hour and 40 minutes and finally the waitress came and told us they lost our ticket! They offered to make it for us for free but at that point we had to go. They’re very understaffed in wait staff and cooks apparently… I feel like the waitress could’ve came in at least checked up on us, but she really didn’t. I have no idea how the food is since we didn’t get to eat. Regardless ,they have lost our business. We won’t go back here again.

It is reassuring to observe their sufficient staffing levels. The meal quality was excellent, and the service was exemplary. However, our early arrival resulted in insufficient staff to open the outdoor seating area. In summary, we are very pleased with our experience.

Overcharged for kids meal with fries. Menu states kids cheeseburger $12 with your choice of side, was charged extra $4 for the fries, making the kids meal $16. My hamburger and sweet potato fries were less than that at $15.50 total. Sweet potatoes fries were also half burnt. Nice people but won't pay that much for the quality of food.
