I would not recommend ordering anything from this bakery. I placed an order for a small round pistachios cake on January 20th for our wedding on May 13th. My husband went to pick it up on the morning of the 13th and there was no cake made. I have tried several times to get ahold of someone at the bakery, and each time it has either gone to voice mail or they are to busy to talk to me and to call back later. When I try to call later it goes to voice mail. If I could give less stars I would. Edit: Yes when I initially called and spoke to the baker at 6 am (I had to call on my way to work) I had informed her I would call back with my decision. I called back later that day and informed the lady that answered the phone that we had decided to place the order. I was under the impression the message would be passed on and the order was placed. Obviously I was mistaken. I have never had such issues with a bakery before. Usually I only order from Bakery on Broadway in Audubon because they are amazing, or make the items myself. Unfortunately they were booked out that weekend. I really didn't want to have to worry about making a cake the week of our wedding on top of everything else going on. The joke was on me though because I had to come up with a cake the morning of our wedding. Thankfully it turned out beautifully with everything else going on, and we will have great photos of my bridesmaids helping me with the cake. You might want to work on your employees communication skills.

But my drink was GREAT!!I had spent weeks looking forward to visiting this establishment. My first impression was less than stellar. The cases were almost empty, the clerk seemed like she couldn't talk, or she just didn't want to? A gentleman walked out but barely said two words.We will try again another time and hope for better customer service and full cases that match the FB pictures.The building was beautifully done!

Heidi, the baker, made the cookies and wedding cake for our daughter’s wedding. They were perfect and to die for. Everyone kept asking us where did we get our cookies. Heidi also did an excellent job setting up/decorating the cake and was very easy to work with!!! Will definitely order from the Bake Shop / baker - Heidi for any future events.
