Man, what a great experience, the lady up front I took my order was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I believe her name is Mandy. Wonderful soul she helped me by answering questions That I had about what was on sandwiches, etc., and answered them fast This woman knows her job And then the cook seen that I was waiting for my food as I seen my order was up and I believe his name was Matt seen I was waiting and he took it upon himself to go upfront As the lady of the window was busy I watched him wash his hands Before he came upfront and Greeted me with a smile and said I got you And asked me about my day Really made me feel warm and welcomed Haven’t had an experience like this in a Burger King in a very long time

Waited 15min. In drive through behind 2 cars for my order. Very slow. Finally get my order just to see they gave me fries instead of onion rings and the mayo was water running all over the place. Never returning.

Honestly rather go any other burger place than burger king, I have nothing against the staff. They're OK, definitely not the friendliest but not rude either. But my biggest complaint is that they are CONSTANTLY out of certain foods like French fries. 🙄 I've gone to BK 3 times this month and of course everytime I go, day or night they are out of French fries and will ONLY swap for onion rings, like seriously?? Like what kind of burger joint doesn't have French fries ALL the time.. and the food isn't even very good and they take awhile to make your food, its a pathetic place honestly. It's just the only other place to go when you don't want food poisoning from McDonald's.

Moldy buns and slow service...we ended up leaving because we stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to order and within that time we witnessed someone bring their order back in because their bun had mold on it so we left before ordering...

Decided to stop here to get something to eat after a long day and clearly that was the wrong decision. I asked for a bacon king meal and the screen literally said bacon king meal small. Got my food and took it out of the bag, it was the wrong sandwich. They gave me an impossible burger. So we went back to try to get the right sandwich, did not want to go back into the drive through as the line was really long. Went to the door and try to get their attention as the doors were locked, got their attention, only for them sign us to go back to the drive through. I had to get my step son back to his mom at 7, which is in north Sioux, so we just left.
