Called to place an order, lady hung up on us. Called back, no answer. Ordered online instead. Went to pick up and stood in the pick-up area for about 7 minutes before anyone from the staff was even around. Got my order but they were not pleasant at all. Very dismissive and its not the first time we've had this experience with the staff.

We had Pizza Hut (Denison) for the first time in years today and it was fantastic! The restaurant was clean, the food was great, and the new manager went above and beyond—he was incredibly friendly and even packed up our leftovers for us! Highly recommend!

I have never seen a more incompetent crew than I did tonight 4 out of five orders were screwed up just while I was there and my order was cold when I got it home because they could not remember to put the chicken wings down until after they tried to give me my pizza it is a very good thing that your system asks for a tip before you get the food because I would not have left one

This Pizza Hut blocks the $7 deals online. They do not participate in any of the money saving deals that you see advertised. That's kind of pathetic considering this is one of the worst Pizza huts in the country. They don't turn on online ordering until 4:00 p.m. and they rush their pizzas through the oven so they're never quite done properly. Save your money. Go to one of the other many options available in the local area.

I have been waiting for my pizza for more than 3 hours and they call and they tell me to give them a few minutes but they don't send me anything. It's already paid for but they don't bring it to me.

The pizza was COLD. remember when the hut had drivers who had the nice warm red bags? Now that its door dash, its just a dude with a plastic grocery bag and your pizza arrives ICE COLD. Wont be having pizza hut delivered by doordash ever again. Ever.
