I get scooters everyday in Omaha. Came to Denison today and its the worst 2 blended drinks ive ever had. Not even drinkable to be honest. Just because there are people in line, they should not rush to get you through the line and the drinks should not be like these. I wish I could get a refund. The girl at the window was very nice though. If I could add a picture I would.

There were a few young gals who worked here who were the SWEETEST kids ever but an older gal was just INCREDIBLY rude. I assume the older gal was a manager, I asked a few people and found out her name could possibly be Tracey. Her service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her tone and attitude towards not only me, but other customers was uncalled for. The scanner was out of order, which I was unaware of, and she was incredibly rude about the situation and being rude to me. She was also EXTREMELY rude to the other workers on duty who were trying to make drinks and take orders through the speakers. And to top it off, Tracey gave me the incorrect drink. Horrible service from that older gal, I hope those two young gals had a better night as their shift went on!!!!

Got a Coffee today don’t remember the name of it but I got food poison I feel sick an hour later throwing up and my stomach still hurt worst coffee place ever. First time getting food poisoning from a coffee shop

I keep paying an extra 80¢ for oat milk and getting regular dairy milk that I can't drink. Whole $9 coffee in the trash after I paid extra. Several times. Oh and if you don't tip on mobile orders the guy at the window won't talk to you. Happened a few times to both me and my husband. Their seasonal menus rock, sad they did away with their scoot energy. Would probably recommend to anyone without dietary sensitivities. Harlan one is better: better staff, faster, and they give me what I order.

Even though this is a drive-thru, the staff are most welcoming and friendly. The service is great, the coffee is yummy, and my daughter loves the donuts!!
