During non-peak hours I thought visiting DSM brew to have a sit down coffee shop experience and get some online errands done would be a pleasant experience. Place was completely empty-(hence the nonpeak hours), had my coffee, work done, ticket validated- headed out. Then I was stuck at the parking gate. Apparently the 3 minutes it took to pack up and get out the complex was too much to look past since I was now being charged 5$ to leave. Call operator was no help either. Looking...read full review
