James (the red headed bartender with tattoos, and all of the terrible reviews here and also the owner) is the rudest person I have ever encountered. He clearly has some problems that make him super angry for literally zero reasons. He got my order wrong when I ordered super politely, so when I corrected him nicely just asking for the right beer, he took the wrong beer he poured and chucked it across the bar. It was extremely uncalled for. And I STILL TIPPED and was overcharged; he charged me 72 dollars for 3 beers. Later on he was pointing at my sober friend who was there for the encounter and she asked what the issue was. He told us “go back to tipsy crow where you belong” and made the bar backs come over to kick us out. He is an actual psycho. Not sure much will be done being he is the owner of this bar and also owns Coa Cantina and Bellhop, but just wanted to mention he clearly has a serious problem causing some unwarranted anger and might need some anger management classes. Do not recommend.

Owner of bar is bartending and misunderstood my girlfriend’s direction when ordering drinks. She corrected him and his reply was “you are 22, you guys should just go back to tipsy crow”. Would think ownership would have a little more pride than to handle a situation like that.

After reading more reviews, sounds like this guy can’t quite figure it out. Has multiple reviews with similar story lines. Might be time for him to find the door.

I went to this bar on Friday with my friends as it was my 30th birthday. We were not being belligerent and were only trying to have a good time. All of the drinks we ordered were super watered down, and the drinks are expensive! I went up to ask for a replacement, and the red headed general manager who has all the tattoos started yelling at me about how it’s going to be watered down because it’s 90 degrees outside. He threw the drink away super angry and I told him to forget it. My friend went up there to try to get the replacement after. He started screaming at her too, so my other friends and I walked up. He was full on screaming at us when no one was even being rude to him. This man needs to be fired. Sorry you hate women.

Decker the bartender was super knowledgeable and knew our drink orders before we asked. Decker was an amazing bartender! Give him a raise!

Best bar ever! Service was phenomenal especially the bartender Trevor ??

Celebrated girlfriend’s birthday here. Tab was around $130 - $140 including tip. Got charged $210 instead. Don’t know if tip was altered. Contacted the establishment in person no help or manager present. Called was told to contact social media site. Did make contact with establishment account user. But lacks update. Still waiting to hear back. Very unfortunate experience.

WOMEN ARE NOT SAFE HERE

A member of my group was told to leave because he was over served and threw up in a trash can. As we were helping him out of the establishment four security guards assaulted him and a female member of our group, shoving them down the stairs giving the female serious injuries. A few of us went back up to ask to speak to a manager about the situation, and the thug security guards started throwing punches at myself and my girlfriend while threatening us and the rest of the group. We filed a police report about the situation. The “security” staff clearly has inadequate training and are willing to try and beat up men and women alike just for the thrill of it. Very shameful and I hope the owner(s) and Management don’t condone this because they won’t be in business for much longer if they do…

The bartender was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. Recently turned 21 and he tried to tell me he can’t serve me then served me and yells at me in the most disrespectful way I’ve ever encountered. Would 100% not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get treated like this from the bartender.

I go here every week for trivia! I’ve always loved the bartenders we have (shout out Riley and Kayley!) The atmosphere is fun and a bit moody. The patio is really nice. The only downside is that they aren’t super consistent with their drink offerings.

Parking: There is a lot of parking but is paid. Make sure to get your parking validated or you can pay up to $20 depending on how long you’re there!

Good place in a up and coming area

Childish security team. Standing with my back turned a complete stranger threw a full can of seltzer at the back of my head. When I complained they weren't kicking the person out, the bouncer immediately asked me what I did to deserve it. The moment I opened my mouth to explain he cut me off and tried to kick ME out. Trash establishment and trash security.

Beautiful view, tasty drinks, food a bit overpriced.
