The girl that was working was terrible we were behind only 1car she was so involved with them we waited a good 15 minutes while she was talking and joking with them when she was done took our order was in and out in 2 minutes

This location needs to work on service, waiting for over 40 minutes the last two times and our order was wrong both times. The huts are causing delays and their card machines being shared between the bays makes it even worse. One time is understandable, but each time the associates give the same excuse about the card readers being dead and the communication between the order takers and baristas is wrong.

I’m currently sitting in a line I’ve been in for 35 minutes. Barely moved. Others in the other line have come and gone. This is the second time I’ve had to wait a long time. This is the longest. I still have 5 cars ahead of me. This is terrible. I’m 5 mins late to my visit with my patient now. This is totally unacceptable. Don’t think I’ll return here.

We’ve been on a 7 brew kick lately, loving all the holiday coffees. Noel was a sweetheart to talk to while waiting, super quick service and great coffee
Love this place the one down fall is I am there at 530 everyday but when they offer promotions they don’t start till 7 am this is not fair to loyal customers there staff is amazing though !!!

I had arrived and pulled into the drive through at 11:01am and did not receive my drink and leave until 11:23am. Took 22 minutes to receive one drink. Do not go here if you’re in a rush especially since there is no way to get out of the drive through.

I’m writing this review while sitting in the drive thru… I’ve been in the drive thru line since 11:15 and it is currently 11:50 and there’s still 5 cars in front of me. I understand it gets busy but nobody should be sitting in a line for almost an hour. I’m late to work now because when I decided I should just go ahead and leave there was already 5 more cars behind me.
