I have always held this site at a five-star but after the last few visits there is no way that is accurate anymore. I also recognize bad days happen but it's turned into a trend at this site. Franchise owners need to take notice and make changes quickly. Final straw was today when this sites store manager thought it was appropriate to park their car in the drive-thru lane with no respect to their customers. I was three cars back and I had sat there for more than 30min to the point that the staff walked out my drinks because they recognized that I had sat there so long. Last week was a 40 min sit (busy day - yes - but 40 min for drinks) is crazy.

Went for the first time tonight and will be the last!!! Would give 0 stars if was on option.... Ordered two HOT coffees creme brulee latte and carmel macchiato they were barely Luke warm.. cup says caution hot.lol more like not even remotely warm.. it seems instead of making fresh they were serving old cold coffee no flavor to either coffee either just bitter! Ended up throwing it away. Coffee to expensive now a days to trash, But when it is disgusting what other option do you have.You are also not able to look at a menu better know what you want before you go. Honest opinion Don't waste your money go up the road to starbucks at least the coffee is fresh and hot!!!

I love 7 brew but this location is absolutely terrible. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks. The people were not all that friendly either. When we pulled up to get our drinks they couldn't even figure out what drinks were what. Me and the other person with me didn't receive out correct drinks. They were very disorganized and I'm very disappointed. Avoid this location if you can. This is my 3rd go round and this location and never once have I had a good experience at this one.

A literal free-for-all with the workers. Workers messing around, screaming, dancing to their blaring rap music, & left their work station to have someone, who was waiting in the drive-thru line in their car, take a group photo. Doors were wide open with concrete dust flying around, floor completely saturated with standing water, & work stations were completely discombobulated. Very unprofessional, very unorganized, very slow, & very disappointing service for my first time.

I’ve had some good experiences at this location before, but Friday’s visit was really disappointing. I stopped by around 7 on my way to work since it’s close to home. The line didn’t look too bad, so I decided to wait and ordered my usual, a medium iced blondie. When I got to the window, I was handed a small, and right away I could tell it looked darker than normal. I was told they were out of medium cups, so they made it with light ice and said it would taste the same. I regret not trying it before leaving, but I’d already been waiting around 15 minutes and there was now a long line behind me. Unfortunately, it definitely didn’t taste the same. It was basically warm espresso with barely any ice and nothing like my usual drink. It should have been mentioned before I ordered that they were out of mediums; I would’ve happily gotten a large or at least a correctly made small. Instead, it just felt like a bad call and a bit misleading to still charge for a medium. Overall, I left frustrated after waiting 15 minutes and paying $7 (with tip) for something I couldn’t even drink. I’ll probably stick to the 7 Brew near my work or other coffee spots in the area going forward.
