Is this place actually even open anymore? I have tried to come here twice over past few months on a Friday for lunch and the door is locked. The phone number you call just hangs up on you right away. What is going on?

A side order of LIESTheir sign on the door says they're open from 10am till 9pm on Tuesdays. So does Google Maps. It's 1:15pm on Tuesday, I just walked 2 miles to eat here, and they are. NOT. OPEN.I won't try it again. That's plain rude.

In Des Moines to see a friend in the hospital and Google Maps showed a great review for 77. It was my first time eating Pho and it was awesome. I had the Combination Vermicelli and Green Tea Pot (kept warm with a tea light). The waitress was very pleasant and polite and the food was delicious. I'm now hooked on Pho.

Seems to be a recent addition to the area. Restaurant was empty at 5:30 pm and we had great service from our waitress Nice menu selection. I had a chicken vermicelli dish and my wife had (vegan) pho for the first time ever. Both the dishes were freshly made, tasty and filling. The prices were quite reasonable. I would definitely go again.

Hands down best place for pho. The broth is sooo flavourful and has a great amount of portions in it. Hats off to them we are and will be back!

I had a 30 min bus stop at the greyhound station in Des Moines that wasn't announced until the bus was stopped. I decided to walk in to 77 since there were pretty much no other options in the area and I really wanted to eat dinner. I'm so glad I did! I was greeted by a very friendly waiter who said they could whip together a quick takeout and recommended a few options. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Only $12 for seasme chicken and fried rice and it tasted great! They even offered me an extra bottle of water! Also super cute bar area and very clean restaurant. I hope this restaurant does well, looks like its only a few months old.

Wonderful server & service. There's also a few vegan options! The rice was cooked so perfectly tasty & fluffy. The server left Japan to help this business of his mother's.

Modern atmosphere, great for meeting up with friends and taking pictures. Noodles were delicious and served hot. Will be back to try their unique drink
